All products purchased on the RAXO website are done so in accordance with the following published Terms and Conditions. By purchasing any extension from RAXO, you are automatically bound by these terms.
License
All Joomla Extensions produced by RAXO Group are released under the GNU General Public License, version 2 (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.html). Specifically, the PHP code portions are distributed under the GPL license. If not otherwise stated, all images, cascading style sheets, and included JavaScript are NOT GPL, and are released under RAXO Commercial License (see below). Elements of the extensions released under this proprietary license may not be redistributed or repackaged for use other than those allowed by the Terms of Service.
RAXO Commercial License
The RAXO Commercial License covers any images, cascading stylesheets and JavaScript files in any extensions produced and/or distributed by RAXO Group. These files are copyrighted by RAXO Group and cannot be redistributed in any form without prior consent from RAXO Group.
Modifications
Our code is not encrypted. You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes. You may not change or remove the copyright information in the header of any file.
Delivery
The payment process is fully automated. After you purchase a product, individual download link will be sent to you via the email you used when purchasing. This usually happens within minutes, but may take up to 1 day. Make sure you check the right email, and check all folders, including spam.

Unauthorized Use
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of RAXO.
Refund Policy
Since RAXO products are non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods we do not issue refunds or exchange products after the purchase is made and the product is downloaded, which you are responsible to understand while ordering.

Support
RAXO offers commercial extensions "as is", with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party extensions. Further, we offer no support via email or otherwise for installation, customization, administration of Joomla!. Customer support is provided by our support forum and through email support@raxo.org.

We reserve the right to modify these terms, as well as pricing plans, support and update conditions without prior notice.
