Thank you for the input.
I will not use K2 instead the Joomla items. Isn't it so now that the new Joomla 3.7.2 has some new features that allow similar features? Any comments on this?
Can the 'Read More' links go to other websites?
Re: Can the 'Read More' links go to other websites?
Custom fields in native Joomla are organized in a more sophisticated way than in K2 component. At the moment, we don't have support for Joomla 3.7 custom fields.I am going to use native Joomla articles only and with the latest Joomla (3.7.2). Does this change anything?

Yes, it will.
Possible to insert the URL in the thumbnail?
I would like to use your component to show 50 pcs of URL websites. I intend to create 50 Joomla articles that each has the URL added.
I would now like the Raxo component to automatically generate the thumbnail and include the URL in some way so that the visitor can click on the URL and thus not open up the Joomla article.
Hope you understand what I want to achieve. Is this possible?

If your article intro contains an image with external link, you can display this image as they are in the module display.
Do the following:
- disable thumbnails in module settings;
- in advanced options in "Allowed tags" write: a,img
The module will display images with links (external URL), as they are in your articles.
