Need access to customer support

Hi there, our client recently bought your RAXO All-mode PRO J3.x his Reference Number is RAXO-150805-4962-57175. However he nsays he never got a login username or password whilst buying the module. could you assign my user to that purchase so we can gain access to the customer support forums? As we are having a few issues with the module, such as the links not working...

We do not require registration before the purchase. But when you need support you just register on our forum.
With the product you get links to Documentation, Faq and also How to get access to support and our forum.
