I am Themeforest developer, I want to build Templates for joomla will use RAXO for my products in Themeforest. For additional temaplates , Please provide me Discounts so I can buy , Can I see the admin demo of these modules and Templates ?

Our developer plan doesn't imply reselling of our products.
So you cannot buy our products and sell them as part of your Themeforest theme.

The only option we might consider:
you develop a theme that supports our products (but not includes them!) and refer your clients to our website so that each of them made his own purchase of a module. In this case we could provide discount coupons specifically for your clients.

Sorry Its not like this, I am Buying Modules as Developer memberships and I can Include this in theme so I can sell this theme to my customers.

No, you can't resell RAXO products (even Developer Plan) as part of your theme on Themeforest.

There is a big difference between selling a theme on Themeforest for anyone and developing sites for concrete clients. As we state in our policy, Developer Plan allows you apply that product on your client site. This means that you have developer-client relationship and you develop and manage their web site, etc.

Selling a theme is definitely not that type of a relationship. Lots of unknown people who buy your themes are just customers, they are not clients for whom you develop a site. The only way for such people to use our products is to purchase their own module.

So the short answer - NO.
