Presales Questions on Extension Limitations

Hi,
I am considering to buy RAXO All-mode PRO extension. First of all I would like to say that this extension looks really awesome and I am looking forward to purchasing it. I am new to Joomla and I am currently re-creating my website and moving to Joomla 3.3. At the moment, I am still playing around Joomla in my Localhost so I can get a hang of it. I do have a few questions related to your RAXO extension and I am hoping you can assist me on this:
a) At the moment, I have still not decided if I am going to use Joomla's content creation for my website's articles or am I going to go with K2. I noticed that you have both of these extensions available. My question is, if I was to buy your standard version of "RAXO All-mode PRO" and then later decided that I am actually going to go with K2 in my production site, would I then be able to download the "RAXO All-mode K2" version? Do I need to purchase that separately or would you allow me to exchange the standard version to the K2 version later?
b) Once I purchase the correct version, do I still need to purchase the future versions you may release for this extension separately or can I download that for free since I have purchased it once already? Is there any expiration for this update eligibility?
c) Does your support have an expiration period from the date of purchase? What are the conditions here?
d) Is your extension encoded?
e) What I love above your extension is the way it displays the articles with image + info. That is exactly what I am excited about this. But my question is, can I only use this layout for categories list page? Meaning, when I list the articles in the Joomla Categories page, I dont like the layout of the Joomla's default options for Alternative Layout (with Blog and List). I don't want to list my articles in blog style and would love to use the template that your extension provides. So can RAXO's layout be used for Category pages too to list the articles in that category or can this only used for the news modules that this ext adds? Can you explain this for me please? Or do I need to create a separate article page that uses this module to show the articles from a particular category instead of trying to style the category page and linking it to menu?
f) If the above is possible, then is pagination automatically applied for all templates? In other words, if I am using RAXO to display all articles in that category, would pagination show up if the article number is more than the limit that can be shown in that page? How does it work?
g) Similar to the above, I also want the Main category page to show its sub-categories with the image + info style your ext template provides. So this page will only show the sub-categories nicely listed without listing the articles. Can I achieve something like that with this extension too or do I need to create a separate template for this as per the Joomla's docs? Can you give me some ideas on this please?
h) After I purchase your extension, am I able to test this on my localhost or does the domain name need to match the license in order for it to work? Would it also work in sub-domains or do I need to mention this during purchasing? Because once I test it in locahost, I will then try it on my live developmental site that is like dev.mysite.com.
i) Once I purchase it, can I use it in 2 of my sites? I own 1 website at the moment and I am planning to create a new sister site next year. Do I need to purchase a separate license for that or since I am owner of both and I have already purchased the license to use this, am I allowed to use this extension on both sites?
j) I noticed that your extension can also show the number of comments for an article. Is it only compatible with any particular comments extension in order for it to work if I am not using K2? How does that work?
k) Lastly, does this extension and the add-on templates work with Joomla 3.3 release? And would you be releasing newer versions for Joomla 3.5, etc.. in the future?
Thank you for taking the time to read through my questions and I apologise for a long list. I am eagerly waiting for your response.
