Is it possible to integrate the comments JComments in module RAXO All-mode K2?

JComment support is implemented in RAXO All-mode K2 J3.x version 1.1.
The release is coming out soon.

Filters by category and by tags are already in this module.

You didn't clarify where you want this filter - on frontend or backend?
Because these are very different things. One more filter in backend might be considered.

Search and filtration functionality on frontend available for all site visitors is far from our module and requires developing a brand new module.
