Hi, just sent a request for access to the customer board so I can read up on some things.

(My question is around limiting a single category to intro text only, and a second selected category to full text based on category where 2 categories are selected and ordered by date -- eg. "Long Articles" intro text only with read more, "Short Articles" with full text, no read more)

Have no access to customer Support. I need to know how to update from Joomla 3.x to joomla 4.x.
I purchased today but it seems my Account is connected to this early Account and so i don't have any access.

This is not so, you did not buy the module itself, only an additional product to it.
The module layout cannot work separately without the module.
