Good day, I just purchased the module for K2 (and renewed my All-mode PRO module) and I do not seem to have access either.

I have been a member (and subscriber) since Jun 2011

Access to docs and support forum is included in the module purchase.

Your module purchase is expired on Aug 11, 2021.
You just need to renew your module purchase to get the latest version of the module and access support.
